Scholz Recycling Polska becomes a member of the ELV Forum
This year, as SRP, we became a member of the ELV Forum Associacion, established on the initiative of the Belgian and Dutch extended producer responsibility organisations, Febelauto and ARN, respectively.

We are pleased to announce that on 12 June 2026, during the first General Assembly of the Forum members, Ms Marta Witkowska became one of the four directors of the ELV Forum, joining the board alongside outstanding experts in the industry:
- President: Catherine Lenaerts (Belgium)
- Vice President: Paul Dietz (Netherlands)
- Director: Pavol Prepiak (Slovakia)

In the coming years, the practical implementation of the regulation will be further specified through delegated and implementing acts. The recently established ELV Forum will play a key role in this process, in cooperation with the European Commission and various stakeholders.
