We initiated the Polish nationwide service on collection of vehicles covered by the scope of application of the Law of 27 May 2015 amending the Act on recycling of end-of-life vehicles.

Company Scholz Recycling Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Grudziądz would like to kindly inform its Clients about the amendment to the Act on recycling of end-of-life vehicles introduced by amendment of Act on Waste and other regulations. The amendment came into force on March 12, 2010 and excluded possibility of exemption from the recycling fee by provision of network by person introducing vehicles, who does not issue the vehicle card. Due to the above-mentioned, Scholz Recycling Polska Sp. z o.o. shall not be held responsible for usage of certificates concerning provision of recycling network of vehicles for cars introduced after this date or for the usage in any way contrary to legal regulations in force.
